Warigia Kamau Waitiki is the driving force behind Polka Dots Wellness and Retreat Center. With extensive experience in mental health and addiction treatment, her journey began at Mathare Mental Teaching and Referral Hospital. There, she worked in both mental health wards and rehab facilities, offering direct care and psychological support to individuals with complex conditions. Her work is shaped by professional excellence and lived compassion. As a certified SAPTA practitioner and a member of global and local organizations such as ISSUP, APRAK, WIMIT, and KCPA, she brings unmatched dedication to mental health advocacy and treatment.
